Beer Dinner with Chef Dustin Haberer

Ballad Brewing and Chef Dustin Haberer of Nana Karen's are excited to present a collaborative beer dinner in the taproom on April 24th. This will be a gourmet three course dinner specifically prepared by Chef Dustin to complement a selection of Ballad Brewing beers. Nana Karen's continues to be a favorite at Ballad Brewing, and Chef Dustin is excited to break out his chef's coat for our guests.

Known for his specialty sandwiches and wraps, Chef Dustin has quite the background when it comes to first class culinary. With over 17 years of culinary experience, Dustin has catered to celebrities like Vice President Joe Biden, Carrol Shelby, Patrick Dempsey, Trace Adkins, Michael Jordan Motorsports, and the Porsche Club of America. Most recently, Chef Dustin was the Executive Chef at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research before starting Nana Karen's Cruisn' Kitchen. Paired with Brewmaster Dr. John Andorfer's outstanding brews, this is sure to be a night not to be missed.

On Tuesday, April 24th, guests will arrive at Ballad Brewing at 6pm for this exclusive event. The Ballad Taproom will be closed to the public for this event.
